- 1 head broccoli cut into large florets.
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional, feel free to leave out if you don't like spicy
- 2 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- Grapeseed Oil for grill
Heat grill to high and oil the grates.
Mix soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, red pepper flakes. Drizzle over broccoli florets.
Carefully place each broccoli floret onto the grill grates. Cook for 10 - 12 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Depending on the size of your florets, you may need to adjust the grilling time up to 14 minutes. Cook until the broccoli is JUST tender and the edges are crisping.
If using grill pan
If you have a grill pan, place the lightly oiled grill pan on the hot grill and add the broccoli, cooking for 10 - 12 min, shaking the pan occasionally to rotate the broccoli.
If using foil
If you'd like to use foil, place a large piece of foil over the hot grates of the grill and add the broccoli, cooking for 10-12 minutes, flipping once.
