Bison Burgers

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Ground Bison 90/10
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Grapeseed Oil or other high heat mild oil

Instructions

  • Sprinkle the seasonings evenly over the ground bison and gently mix the meat and seasonings together.
  • Form three patties that are 4" across and about ¾" tall/deep.

To Cook in a Skillet (preferred method)

  • Set heavy bottomed skillet over medium high heat. Add the oil. When the oil starts shimmering, add the bison patties. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.

To Cook on the Grill

  • Heat the grill to about 475°F. Place the patties on the grill and grill for 2-3 minutes, flip, then grill for another 2 minutes.

To Cook in the Air Fryer

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 370°F. Place the patties in a single layer on the Air Fryer grate, and cook for 5 minutes. Flip the patties, then cook for another 2 minutes.
