Easy Pico De Gallo
An easy homemade pico de gallo recipe that makes an excellent healthy dip, topping for flautas, grilled meats, and more!
- 1 cup chopped onion about 1 onion. I like either red or white onions for this recipe.
- 1 jalapeño diced (remove the seeds and ribs for a milder flavor)
- ¼ cup lime juice juice of two limes
- ½ teaspoon salt more to taste
- 4 large tomatoes chopped
- ½ cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro
