Cuban Sandwich Dip
An easy warm dip recipe made to taste just like a cuban sandwich!
Servings: 8 people
- 8 ounces Smithfield Anytime Favorites Hickory Smoked
Diced Ham / Hickory Smoked Diced Ham
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese bought in a block, then hand shredded
- 3 Tablespoons Bread and Butter Pickles diced
- 3 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, making sure the cream cheese is completely integrated with the mustard and there are no chunks of it remaining.
Spread the mix into an oven safe/ broiler safe dish.
Bake for 27 minutes. Then turn the oven onto broil, and broil for 3 minutes on high, or until top of dip starts to brown.
