Sweet and Smoky Chili Pecans

  • 4 cups pecan halves
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne


  • Preheat oven to 350ยบ.
  • Toss pecans in melted butter. Add the brown sugar, chili powder, smoked paprika and cayenne, and toss one more time to coat.
  • Spread the mixture onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, and bake for 20 minutes.


Serve warm or room temperature. Great as a party appetizer, snack, salad addition, or gift!
