Food trucks are an entirely different beast than Restaurants, so my criteria for reviewing them is a little different. Generally speaking, my reviews of food trucks will be shorter ( much like my experience with them is ), and what I'm looking for from a food truck is slightly different.
Here's what to expect from each section:
TL;DR:
Short for "Too long, didn't read." A concise description of my experience, in case you didn't feel like reading the entire review.
Value:
Since food trucks tend to run a little more expensive than their brick and mortar equivalents, "Value" tells you if I feel it was "worth it". This means that I might feel an expensive truck with amazing food is a much better value than an inexpensive truck with terrible food. You know how value works.
Wait time:
I'm not counting minutes here, but I will give a sense of how quickly the whole experience occurred. Did the food come out almost immediately? Or did it seem like time stood still while I aged waiting for my food?
Staff:
Like a restaurant, service matters. There's only a very short time to make an impression on a food truck customer, and here's where I talk about what mine was.
Contact:
Where they are on the internet, including any social media accounts they may have.
