Sweet and Smoky Chili Pecans
  • 4 cups pecan halves
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne
  1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ.
  2. Toss pecans in melted butter. Add the brown sugar, chili powder, smoked paprika and cayenne, and toss one more time to coat.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve warm or room temperature. Great as a party appetizer, snack, salad addition, or gift!
