Grape Salad

  • 1½ lbs Green Grapes, washed, de-stemmed, and dried
  • 1½ lb Red Grapes, washed, de-stemmed, and dried
  • 12 ounces Neufchatel or Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 8 ounces Greek Yogurt
  • ⅓ cup White Sugar
  • ½ Tablespoon Vanilla
  • ½ cup chopped Pecans
  • ¼ cup packed light Brown Sugar
  1. Beat the Neufchatel ( or Cream Cheese ) until it has a smooth consistency.
  2. Add the greek yogurt and white sugar and cream together until smooth.
  3. Fold in the vanilla until combined.
  4. Add the mixture to the grapes and stir to coat all of the grapes.
  5. Mix the brown sugar with the pecans, and sprinkle on top of the coated grapes.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for up to 4 days before serving.
