How to make Japanese Restaurant Style Carrot Ginger Dressing
One of the best things about this healthy salad dressing recipe is how EASY it is to make.
Gather the ingredients:
- 10 oz carrots
- ½ sweet onion
- 2" ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup rice vinegar
- ½ cup salad oil
Toss them in the blender. Serve!
