    Carrot Ginger dressing can be found not only at hibachi restaurants, but also is often at sushi restaurants as well. It's a great, light salad dressing that is packed full of healthy carrots and ginger.

    Serving Ideas:

    • Pour over iceberg lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and sliced cucumbers for a healthy salad
    • Dip cucumbers into it as a snack
    • Pour over grilled pork chops as a sauce

    How to make Japanese Restaurant Style Carrot Ginger Dressing

    One of the best things about this healthy salad dressing recipe is how EASY it is to make.

    Gather the ingredients:

    • 10 oz carrots
    • ½ sweet onion
    • 2" ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
    • ¼ cup honey
    • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 cup rice vinegar
    • ½ cup salad oil

    Toss them in the blender. Serve!

    Ingredients

    • 10 oz carrots
    • ½ sweet onion
    • 2 " ginger peeled and roughly chopped
    • ¼ cup honey
    • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 cup rice vinegar
    • ½ cup salad oil canola, grapeseed, or something else mild/neutral flavored

    Instructions

    • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and process until smooth.
    • Serve over iceberg lettuce.
